I build before
I feel ready.

At 12, I started a health platform. At 18, I helped turn 150+ suppliers into one $87K delivery. Today I study cognition and build AIKMATRA. Different domains. Same instinct: get close to reality and make the thing work.

2018 · Cure My Health

Started before I knew what a startup was.

A wellness platform that grew to 16,000+ users and 48,500+ content visits while I learned how to recruit professionals, earn trust and keep something alive for years.

The short version

I like the moment between “someone should fix this” and “it now exists.”

I have never been very good at staying inside one box. I study cognitive science and psychology, economics, entrepreneurship, and increasingly autonomous AI. I have also sold products, done field research, negotiated with suppliers, led events, sung on stage, and raced mountain bikes.

The domains look scattered. The behavior is not. I notice something that should work better, learn enough to touch the problem directly, and keep going until there is evidence in the world.

01 · Built

A few things I’ve
made real.

Some worked commercially. Some taught me how little I understood. All of them changed how I build.

Cure My Health2018–2024

Started at 12.
Stayed with it for seven years.

I built a holistic wellness platform and learned how to coordinate medical professionals, writers and an audience long before I had language for “cross-functional execution.”

150+ suppliers.
One $87K order.

Evaluated tradeoffs across price, quality and delivery, then helped execute the order in two weeks at a 16% margin.

My Eco Spoons2023–2025

A product you could eat.

Took edible, biodegradable cutlery from concept to customers and learned the unglamorous work between “interesting idea” and repeatable order.

LuxeCosmetics4u2022–2025

Commerce as a lab.

Built a cross-border luxury cosmetics venture and used customer behavior to decide what to sell, how to position it and where demand actually existed.

From Waste to Black Gold2023

Waste into economics.

Built a rural composting initiative around farmer economics rather than sustainability slogans.

Ernst & Young2025

Field evidence before strategy.

Worked on MSME strategy for the Government of Haryana, doing on-ground research and stakeholder engagement before turning fragmented perspectives into recommendations.

One audience.
Many invisible systems.

Led PR, registrations and logistics across four flagship events, negotiated with 15+ vendors, cut logistics spend by 30%, and achieved the highest registrations.

02 · Working artifacts

I like seeing the decision, not just the result.

A few visual traces of how the work actually felt: too many options, imperfect information, and something concrete that still had to happen.

150+ possible suppliers.
One order had to ship.

Price alone was not enough. Quality, delivery and the deadline all had to survive the same decision.

Seven years is a different kind of prototype.

The interesting part was not launching it. It was learning how to keep people, content and trust moving for years.

The spreadsheet was never the whole system.

Field research forced the model to make room for what operators and stakeholders were actually experiencing.

03 · How I work

What I do when I do not know the answer yet.

I do not always know the answer early. I care more about having a way to get from uncertainty to evidence.

01

Observe before explaining →

Talk to the person doing the work. Watch the workaround. Find the behavior that contradicts the slide deck.

02

Translate across disciplines →

I naturally move between behavior, incentives, product, systems and operations. The useful insight is often sitting in the gap between them.

03

Build something falsifiable →

A prototype, a field test, an order, a workflow map — something that can prove the idea wrong faster than another week of thinking.

04

Own the whole outcome →

I am most comfortable when nobody can say, “my part was done.” The question is whether the thing actually worked.

04 · Current work

AIKMATRA · Oct 2025 → now

People. AI agents. Machines. One outcome.

I am building AIKMATRA around how work should be coordinated when people, software agents and machines all contribute to the same job. It is the newest version of a question I keep returning to: how do separate capabilities become one reliable outcome?

05 · What I am studying

I like problems that refuse to stay in one discipline.

Cognition × incentives × building.

At Ashoka, I study Cognitive Science & Psychology, with Entrepreneurial Leadership & Strategy and Economics. At Stanford’s International Honors Program, Minds & Machines and Technology Entrepreneurship brought the technical and company questions into the same room.

Ashoka University · B.Sc. 2028Stanford IHP · Summer 2026Minds & MachinesTechnology Entrepreneurship
Cognitive science

How specialized functions become one coherent system.

Psychology

Trust, delegation, override, responsibility and the way people behave around intelligent systems.

Economics

Who should act when capability, time, money and risk are all scarce.

Entrepreneurship

The final test: does anyone change how they work because the result is materially better?

06 · Outside the laptop

I was singing and racing long before I was building AI.

Those parts of my life are not side notes. They shaped how I listen, persist and recover when the plan changes.

Fifteen years of listening for the whole.

Fifteen-plus years of classical and western vocal training, five Hindustani classical diplomas with First Division with Distinction, and 250+ performances across 7+ languages. A good ensemble is not everyone getting louder. It is knowing when to lead, respond, and leave space.

15+ years250+ performances7+ languages

The terrain never cared about my plan.

I was a three-time Chandigarh State Champion, represented Chandigarh at Nationals, and placed Top 10 at the National Mountain Biking Championship. Racing made persistence very literal: the terrain does not care about the plan you had.

07 · Now

Still following the problems that pull me in.

Right now, I am at Stanford through the International Honors Program, building AIKMATRA, and spending time with people working on intelligent systems, robotics, operations, and the future of work.
